The scientific component of PROZONA’s work is complex in nature and difficult to convey. This video is intended to summarize the work that is being done specifically in the coral restoration.
PROZONA is the Mexican operational counterpart of Grupo Cleofas. PROZONA’s work plan and collaboration with Grupo Cleofas includes both marine and terrestrial conservation.
One of PROZONA’s primary objectives is restoration of coral reefs. Grupo Cleofas’ advanced research vessel, the Maria Cleofas, has been used as a base of operations for PROZONA scientists during the case study.
